Ecstatic Dance is a way to express yourself in a safe space through the movement to experience pure joy!

Sound Bath followed after is a live sonic immersion using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other authentic musical instruments to calm nervous system down, to relax the body and mind, to unwind and restore the inner balance.
