People who write emails to the institute, would you please refrain from just taking old emails with some subject line from 2 years ago and hit "reply" and write about something completely different? We are an advanced company with BI algorithms taking care of things. So reply to an email that has a subject line "SBAS exercise" because that was the topic 2 years ago but now you have a question about the advanced PBN course, it is not parsed to the right folder. It is not so difficult to hit the "new email" button and write a new subject line, one would assume. Thanks.
