With 𝐇𝐄𝐂 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞, for example, Autoneum has participated for several years in the “𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬” project, where students work on company challenges over several months. “This program offers the students a valuable opportunity to use their academic knowledge and apply it to practical, industry-specific case studies and research,” explains Mattia Criscione, Engineer Advanced Sustainability at Autoneum.

Among the team helping drive innovation at Autoneum is Rachel Partovi, Senior Project Manager Innovation Industrialization – Research & Technology, who also serves as an expert for Innosuisse, the Swiss Innovation Agency. Through her exposure to start-up thinking, innovation ecosystems, and broader market developments, Rachel brings 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱.

"It provides me with a vision about where things are headed for the next five years and deepens my understanding of how innovation can be successfully supported and scaled," Rachel explains.
