It took me about little less of 6 months to finish this set of shawl and top, so it seemed only fair call them after the quiet, calm spirit that accompanied me into endless hours of crocheting.

What started as a blurry idea took shape line after line, until the last chain corner.
I dismantled and re-started the shawl at least 3/4 times, because i wanted to try different solutions - it was an huge training in decompressing stress, letting pressure and routine anxiety go at the end of the day.
Crocheting those items became a safe haven of relax - and something close to meditation most of times on the side of dotting.
A mystical journey itself.

Of course, refusing to bow to patterns laws and forgetting the chain count most of the times, it's also beautifully chaotic in details (i remembered to keep score at least while assemblying all the shawl and top pieces 😂), but i love the result also for this.

In a world that runs faster, crocheting something just for the pleasure of doing it feels like a gentle, awesome small act of resistence.
Let's do more of them.
