You don’t need to control everything.
Most of the time, that’s where things go wrong.

You try to hold it all together, manage everything, anticipate everything… and you end up more stressed, not more in control.

What actually matters is much simpler:
How you respond.
How you carry yourself.
What you give your energy to.

Sometimes control looks like stepping in but sometimes it’s stepping back.

If you get that right, everything else will be better.
