When Swiss Eats: Good Eats in Switzerland encourages you to participate in the Terre des hommes challenge, you happily oblige. My contribution are these orange cinnamon rolls, a yeast leavened dough studded with orange zest and pecans and glazed with a cream cheese and orange icing.
Terre des Hommes assists more than 3 Million children worldwide in 45 countries on 4 continents. Every March (for the last 60 years), they sell oranges 🍊 to fundraise for their projects. 250 employees are working in Lausanne Switzerland and will be organizing orange sales across the country on 8/9 March.
