Hello 👋🏽 this is what I’m doing in my free timewhen I train on the mat . Here is a serie of 12 exercises combining classical and contemporary movements. There will be a part 2 . If you do practice regularly even for 10 minutes a day your body will change , the benefits will be incredible and your mood will stay up and positive. I hope you enjoy these exercises.
