No big resolutions, just key intentions for this ongoing journey: building confidence, fostering growth, daring to take chances, showing-up, continuous learning and sharing, persevering through challenges, practicing acceptance, finding balance between motion and stillness, staying grounded and in peace, cultivating joy and fun each steps of the way, with presence, devotion and purpose.
