One of our karateka is missing training today – because she's getting married! 🎉 Huge congratulations to her and we wish her a lifetime of love and happiness. 🎊
But let's also take a moment to salute the warriors who showed up today. In the middle of this brutal summer heat, they chose the Dojo. No cake-cutting here - just sweat, focus, knife-defense drills and relentless spirit. Karate doesn't take a summer break. Neither do we. 🍰 vs 🥋

Four members of our team attended the seminar with Aivaras Engelaitis in Geneva today. Five hours of work on basic principles of Goju-ryu karate in the beautiful dojo of the Goju-ryu karaté club Genève🥋 brought a lot of inspiration for our future trainings. And we are looking forward to welcoming Aivaras sensei in Basel in August!
