Sunday Morning Special: XL Jivamukti Yoga & Mantra Chanting with Anne-Sophie ❤️🙏
This extended Jivamukti Yoga class invites you to deepen your connection to breath, body, and
mind through a dynamic and thoughtfully structured practice. In everyday life, we are often
tense, mentally occupied, and constantly in motion. This class offers space to release energy,
focus the mind, and cultivate inner calm and clarity.
We begin with chanting to arrive fully and set a shared intention. The practice then unfolds
through dynamic asana sequences that strengthen and mobilize the body while deepening the
breath. After an extended Savasana, we close the session with mantra chanting.
Elements of the class:
– Dynamic asana practice
– Breath awareness
– Meditation and inner focus
– Deep relaxation in Savasana
– Mantra chanting
This class is open to all students with some prior yoga experience.

JIVAMUKTI YOGA
Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic, Vinyasa-based method that integrates breath, movement, music,
meditation, and spiritual teachings. The practice creates a flow that is both physically
invigorating and meditative, approaching yoga as a holistic path that nurtures body, mind, and
spirit. The method was founded in 1984 by Sharon Gannon and David Life.
ABOUT ANNE-SOPHIE
With over 35 years of experience as a movement educator, dancer, and choreographer, the
interplay between breath and movement has always been at the center of my life. After
completing a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and an immersion with the founders of
Jivamukti Yoga, I went on to complete the 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training. Continued
studies with Chris Chavez and the long-standing guidance of my teacher Karl Straub continue to
shape and inspire my teaching.
My classes are dynamic, precise, and deeply grounding. Breath, movement, and music come
together in a rhythmic, meditative flow — inspired by my lifelong experience as a dancer and
choreographer
