I’ve been trying to find the right words for a few days now, but sometimes, gratitude is best felt in the silence of a "𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂".

To be nominated for the Swiss Ladies Drive GmbH recognition, powered by Porsche Schweiz AG, is an immense honour. But more than the nomination itself, it is the community behind it that leaves me breathless.

I’ll be honest: I spent years trying to „out-work“ the machine. In an era where AI can optimize almost everything, I thought my value was in my output.

I was wrong.

The most important „upgrade“ I ever made wasn’t a technical skill or a new certification. It was realizing that independence is a ceiling.

If I could go back to the start of my career, I’d tell myself: Stop trying to be the smartest person in the room and start finding the people who will advocate for you when you aren’t in the room.
