Ashwathy is a first-year Master’s student in the MINT program, specializing in Environment & Sustainability. With a background in law and a passion for climate action, they’re dedicated to advancing climate resilience and sustainable solutions, especially in developing regions.
Nivitha is a first-year MINT student with a focus on Gender, Race, and Diversity who is passionate about women’s rights, mental health, grassroots development, public administration, and international affairs.

Vania is a MINT student specializing in Human Rights and Humanitarianism. With a background in Wellness leadership, honed by her majors in Law, Psychology, Sociology, Vania brings a passion for fostering inclusive and supportive environments. As Advocacy co-ordinator, she is dedicated to ensuring that all student voices are heard and represented, focusing on initiatives that promote mental health, community connection, and empowerment. Vania aims to bridge diverse perspectives and provide students with the resources they need to thrive at the Institute and beyond.
Eeman is a first-year MINT student, specialising in Human Rights and Humanitarianism. She has a background in law and experience working in communications, media relations and event planning and is dedicated to bringing about a diverse and inclusive experience for all.
