▪️Comprehensive Pilates Training: It’s crucial for our instructors to have undergone thorough training, especially in Reformer and Chair Pilates. We want our clients to be in knowledgeable hands.

▪️Charismatic & Outgoing Personality: We value instructors who can make our clients feel welcome and excited about their workouts. A fun and outgoing demeanor can make all the difference in a session!

▪️Exceptional Time Management: The ability to manage schedules efficiently, start and end sessions on time, and accommodate our clients‘ needs is a top priority.

▪️Team Player & People-Lover: If you enjoy working with people, connecting on a personal level, and being part of a dedicated team, you’ll fit right in!

▪️Committed & Enthusiastic: We are in search of true ‚Pilates nerds‘—people who live and breathe this discipline, eager to learn more and share their knowledge with others.

▪️Flexible Schedule: The right candidate should be available for evening and weekend sessions. This flexibility ensures that we can cater to our clients‘ varied schedules.

▪️Multilingual (Bonus): While not a strict requirement, being able to instruct in both German and English would be a fantastic advantage, broadening our clientele base and ensuring effective communication.
