My favorite exercise to do with students in a warm up: standing on a Bosu Ball and balancing on it while doing vocal warm up exercises! (➡️swipe to see more) 🎶🎙🎶⠀
Having to balance on a Bosu like that activates your core support without you having to think about it 🧠 it’s essentially tricking the body because it’s activating the core to balance the ball and inadvertently giving us immense support for the vocal warm up. 🏋🏻 ⠀
Once you come off the ball (after 10-15min Warm up) you still have that same sense of ‘needing to balance’. It’s quite intriguing 🧐 ⠀⠀⠀⠀
