Excited to announce that we’ll be taking part in the upcoming Three Day Online Retreat to Process, Heal & Transform yourself!
The retreat starts Saturday morning, December 19 and ends Monday evening, December 21. Over 15 teachers will come together with more than 32 classes running from 9AM to 10PM over the course of the 3 days.
Each day will have a different focus: Day 1 – Process / Day 2 – Heal / Day 3 – Transform & Manifest. For more information on the contents of each day and some of the classes being offered, click the ticket link: https://bit.ly/35YdIeU
Tickets are €50 and grant you access to ALL classes throughout the FULL 3 days! Please make sure you add SPAYCE Yoga as a reference when purchasing a ticket (you can change the language to English at the top).
Can’t wait to share more details on the class we’ll be offering! We’ll also be sharing the final timetable with dates and times for each class being offered as soon as it’s released.

Excited to have Nour Elise opening this Saturday's Heal Play Love event with a mini version of SPAYCE Breathwork and Valentin Aschwanden joining us behind the decks! (distance measures will be taken for the breathwork and masks will be required for the party).
If you’re in Switzerland, make sure not to miss this special event at Viertel _Klub in Basel. And be sure to be here for the breathwork at 22:00! You’ll be guided through dynamic conscious breathing and embark on an inward journey supported by the sound of music. Very excited to be joining and an amazing lineup of artists this weekend!
Our founder will be guiding you through one of her SPAYCE Breathwork sessions which will air exclusively on twitch (twitch.tv/abracadabra) at 11:11AM EST this Sunday, October 4th.
For our regular practitioners who are familiar with our intro, you can tune in at 11:30AM EST just a minute before we get into the practice. For first timers, please show up on time :)
