Never stop dreaming . If you can’t get one dream get another one. 9 months ago I took the decision to start my back to fitness journey. First time in my life where my new year resolutions isn’t just one more paper to keep or toss away ( in the paper trash of course 🤣) running was never my thing but with a team of great women turned to friends and a cause i believe in , i couldn’t say no. That day i felt I was running for my team , women who lives in poverty in Pakistan, my girls , all the girls of the world and for myself … I was running to prove to myself that I can do anything I want be anyone I want even if I don’t like what I am doing, even when my knees hurt , even when I don’t think I can … 5k may seem nothing to everyone else but for me, for my girls and for every woman who thinks she can’t it simply means hope
