An Active, Solar Façade
With the Jardin Métropole, the façade becomes a vertical solar power plant, combining architectural expression with energy efficiency.
Rather than limiting solar modules to the roof, all vertical faces of the building are equipped with a mix of photovoltaic and tiles: 400 m² of active surface area generating 55 kWp — optimized for self-consumption and feeding surplus energy back into the grid. A robust, low-maintenance system built to last over 30 years.
