In 2024, there will be two Build to Rent projects. The first involves building luxury wellness vacation homes for short stays, and the second is about constructing three apartment complexes for long-term leasing.

Buying 10 shares in the project makes you a 10% owner of the company formed for each property. This means you'll receive 10% of the profits from the property's rent. 🏗️📈💰

We want to inform you that last week we purchased two plots of land with a total area of over 11,000 m² designated for the construction of 6 wellness cottages. Some of the cottages will be built for our app in the portfolio , and some for Stake Estate with the intention of daily rental.

If you invest 10% in the construction of a cottage, you become a 10% owner of the newly opened company that owns this cottage in its assets, and accordingly, you are entitled to 10% of the profit.

In Samobor, the holiday property will consist of a ground floor and a loft with a view of the forest and a stream, while the ground floor cottage in Orešje Okićko will overlook the valley and nearby hills.

Each cottage at both locations will be equipped with a sauna and a whirlpool bath, and will have 2 parking spaces.
