“Ohhh you’re human!” My client from Switzerland texted in response to this picture on my birthday 😆🤣😁
I’m not perfect, and for once on my birthday I think I owe myself a slice of my fav Blackforest cake 😝🥳
As long as we eat right 90% of the time ie eliminating crap food like:
🚫 Gluten
🚫 Sugar of all kinds
🚫 Refined flours
🚫 Alcohol
🚫 Too many grains
🚫 Non-organic meat and eggs

: soooo proud of for finally getting nutrient-dense foods into her diet!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Before seeing me she was hardly eating and yet gaining weight, even with exercise 🤯
Under my 3-month coaching program, I taught her what to eat for her unique body and lifestyle as well as educating her on how to cook healthier, no-fuss meals for her and her family (2 teenage daughters)
Despite her glute injury which hampered her exercise protocol, she has NOT gained any weight and in fact, felt happier and more energetic 🙌🏼🙌🏼
