I’ve spent over 30 years working internationally in music - as a musician, engineer, producer, recording studio owner, publisher, event promoter and behind the scenes with artists and companies around the world.

After many intense years, I’m now in a quieter phase of life and recently based in Ticino. I’m not building anything big right now - I simply enjoy meeting all kinds of people as well as people in music/entertainment, listening to their story, and sharing honest, experience-based perspectives when useful.

Sofia Update - 22 Months 💔

Today marks 22 long months since my daughter Sofia was taken from me and cut off from her loving father and family. Every single day without her is unbearable. She deserves safety, love, and peace - not silence and delay.

The legal process has been painfully slow, and the costs have become overwhelming. Despite everything, I am not giving up. I am now pursuing new strategies involving Swiss and U.S. central authorities to push for progress and to protect Sofia’s rights under international law.

This fight is not about revenge or conflict. It is about a child who must come back to her usual place of residence by law ( home ) and heal.

Most disappeared when things became hard - maybe confused, maybe afraid, maybe believing stories that weren’t true.
I choose to remember the good times anyway.

Happy 6th Birthday, my dear Sofia!�
Papa loves you SOOOO much 💕

For 22 months now, I have carried you in my heart every single second. I have lit a candle each night ever since they took you away from me (over 660 nights and counting).

What happened to us was terribly wrong. Being separated and illegally alienated from your silly Papa, your beautiful Swiss ninna, and the rest of your family has been incredibly painful.

Still, I never stop working day and night to make sure the Swiss, International and US laws will prevail, and that you will be free again and returned to your usual place of residence - your Home by law, and the home you loved so much for over three years - from which you were illegally removed on March 27, 2024.

Because of these very very bad actions by the kidnappers and abusers, you were unable to meet your Swiss grandfather in person before he passed away in 2020. And in 2025, your beautiful great-aunty Baba, whom you loved so much and you don’t know yet, also passed away after being kept apart from you for three long years despite her living just less then 5 miles away from home.

These losses hurt deeply, but love never disappears.
Sofia, never forget this: Papa is always fighting for you, always loving you, and always believing.

In 2026, your loving father GINGIO will bring you back to Your Home Ascona, Switzerland. 💪❤️
