Woman Power DRC

A day like so many others, but always driven by the passion and commitment of the Woman Power DRC staff.

Every moment of work is an opportunity to act for the well-being of women and young girls, with dedication and determination. 💛

From April 14 to 17, 2026, in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, the organization Paradigm Initiative, in partnership with the African Human Rights Coalition, brought together women human rights defenders and journalists from several African countries for a forum focused on digital rights and inclusion.

This meeting helped build the participants’ capacity to prevent and combat gender-based violence in the digital space, of which they are often victims. It also helped improve their skills in data protection and online safety.

Following the forum, each participant committed to organizing a follow-up session in her respective country, tailored to the priorities identified by her organization, to share the knowledge gained and amplify the impact of this initiative.
