Brainwave Baking

I need your opinion! I did some experimenting in my kitchen today. It was the first time baking felt like a science experiment! I made gluten-free chocolate/vanilla marbled cupcakes four ways - which do you think is best? They all taste the same, the same batter was used for all of them. Do you have a preference?
