Another incredible weekend is in the books! The TransX team showed up with total dedication for the 2026 MTA Trucking and Career Expo, and honestly, we could not be prouder of how everyone represented our crew.

Between the massive crowds, the family activities, and the great food trucks, the energy this year was on another level. But easily the best part of the whole weekend was getting to chat with people. Sharing valuable stories with drivers who have decades of experience on the road and discussing what keeps our industry moving is what it is all about.

A huge thank you to the Manitoba Trucking Association organizers for pulling off such a great event this year. We are already looking forward to the next one!

Putting new hires in the simulator is the best way to show them that driving a truck isn't as easy as it looks. It is one thing to talk about safety from an office, but it is another challenge entirely to navigate a massive vehicle through a tight turn.

The experience gives our corporate employees a chance to have some fun while realizing exactly how much skill and focus it takes to stay safe. It’s an eye-opener that proves being a pro takes more than just getting behind the wheel.
