In our current seller’s market removing the home inspection requirement is something you may feel compelled to do. We don’t recommend you do this, however, if you do, we would still advise you bringing in an inspector after the purchase to find out if there are any significant repairs to make before making any big cosmetic changes. You may choose to do this even on the day of possession.
