National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is dedicated to honouring residential school Survivors, paying tribute to the children who were lost, and creating a space for reconciliation and healing. I wear orange to honour and show my solidarity with Indigenous communities.

Every action, positive or negative, has a ripple effect that can influence not only the present but also the future. Treating ourselves and others with kindness and respect creates a positive ripple effect that inspires and uplifts those around us and future generations.
