Metanoia's Farm Team is responsible for the behind-the-scenes administration, visioning, and decision-making work that makes it possible for the farm to exist.

Marika is a long-time friend of the Metanoia Farmers. She grew up in a big city, but always dreamed of being a farmer and an artist. In her 9-5, Marika enjoys supporting older adults and their families through the process of aging. Her real full-time job is staying silly and making art out of her everyday life: cooking, gardening, cycling, running, mending and creating.
