How it started vs finished - what a change! This basement in East St Paul was fairly dark and way underused - so we worked with our Client to make it a fantastic entertaining space and more functional for "day-to-day living".

We added a bathroom where there was none, reconfigured the 50's rec room, added a gas insert to the beautiful stone fireplace then finished with more functional laundry/panty/mechanical space.
