THoque Photography

For last few years I am following every single picture that are chosen as the photo of the day by prestigious EarthShots.org. Several times I tried my luck by participating. Over the last few years I submitted some of my very favorite photographs. However, none of them were up to the mark. So I stopped participating :( though I did not stop following it as I am kind of addicted to see a new great capture by others everyday.

Recently I had a great opportunity to shoot some of the spectacular places in Canadian Rocky. I truly like few of them and thought to participate again. So, I submitted 2 images. Then, the same thing..... keep continuing to watch for new image every single day as the "Photo of the Day" .... as usual nothing from mine. I keep continue what I do.....sharing some of the images from EarthShots.org in my wall.

Today it was a surprise for me! Obviously unexpected. This is the first time I am sharing a "Photo of the Day" shot from Earth Shots that was taken by me.
