July is Disability Pride Month!
At St.Amant, we believe in fulfilling potential together. Every day, we work alongside the people we support, families, staff, and community partners to help remove barriers, celebrate individuality, and create opportunities for people to live meaningful, connected lives.
Disability Pride Month is a reminder that when we embrace inclusion and value every person’s unique experience and perspective, we all benefit.
We're also excited to celebrate together at our Disability Matters event on Tuesday, July 8 at the Lyric Theatre in Assiniboine Park. We hope you'll join us for an afternoon of community, connection, and celebration as we recognize the pride, leadership, and contributions of people with disabilities.
Together, we're building a more inclusive future—one where everyone can thrive.
💙 Happy Disability Pride Month!

French follows:
Last week, the St.Amant community gathered to recognize Indigenous Peoples Day, celebrated annually on the Summer Solstice.
Indigenous Elders and musicians shared their gifts with us through a Pipe Ceremony, followed by a circle of meditation and prayer. We are grateful for the opportunity to come together in reflection, learning, and connection.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and a heartfelt thank you to the Elders and musicians who shared their knowledge, teachings, and traditions.
As we continue our journey toward reconciliation, we remain committed to listening, learning, and applying the teachings shared with us. We are proud to apply this knowledge in our work supporting First Nations children and their families in their home communities through culturally relevant and meaningful care.
