Since 2002, the Quest Health Centre has been providing exceptional medical access accommodations to many Northern Manitoba Communities, for both long term and short term stays. Our room and meal packages help alleviate some of the stresses our clients and their escorts face while travelling and staying in Winnipeg so they can focus on their diagnostic and/or treatment programs by providing a home away from home. The Wellness Team works through the Quest Health Clinic in Winnipeg, and through Nata Wellness offices in each of our partnering communities. Comprised of Wellness Clinicians, the team provides crisis and ongoing mental wellness services for Indigenous community members. A collaborative approach builds and strengthens mental health structures and practices in the community. The wellness team also hosts a 5 day mindfulness psychoeducational skills building program for Indigenous adults and youth who are struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal behavior, eating disorders, and other self-harming behaviors, composed of modern and traditional approaches.
