Hip Thrusts.... Iv got a love hate relationship with these. But if your looking to grow your πŸ‘ this exercise is the key.

The hip thrust produces greater levels of metabolic stress on the glutes compared with the squat, which means you'll get a greater β€œpump” in the glutes while hip thrusting vs. a more overall lower body pump while squatting.

However If you’re not careful and go to heavy before you're strong enough to perform the movements with just your bodyweight, you'll end up using your lower back to move the weight, and that won't help you get a bigger butt at all.
