The Simple Things Small Projects & Repairs

A few little spring projects! An old balcony deck needed an upgrade, not to mention the roof below. Stripped the deck, had the membranes redone, built a new base and finished up with composite decking and smart side panels, ready to go for summer! Also had an awesome person that needs a table base fixed up for her to paint, perfect size project for me to look after. Thanks to these great customers and others for the small projects sent my way!!

The neighborhood has been generous in keeping me busy! Hung some mirrors, built a small rubber step for a dog grooming business, hung some new curtain rods, mounted a new window ac unit, put up some new fire alarms, installed some doorbell cameras and hung some large paintings. All the kinds of small things I enjoy. Thanks to all the great people of the neighborhood, keep them coming!

Great family from the neighborhood needed a little help with a new range hood they had purchased. Cut in and ran the new insulated ducting so they are all hooked up and ready to go. Another small project done! Thanks for keeping me busy Charleswood.
