Celebrate Terry Fox Day with a Surprise Musical Treat – August 4, 1:00 p.m. at the Riley Duck Pond, Assiniboine Park, near the Cargo Bar for a Pop Up Pipe appearance.

This special performance will feature 11-year-old Alex McDonald of the Lord Selkirk Robert Fraser Memorial Pipe Band, showcasing Manitoba’s vibrant youth talent.

“With Folklorama just around the corner and so much going on in the world, it feels more important than ever to recognize and enjoy the multicultural tapestry that makes Manitoba so special,” says President Dwight MacAulay “We invite everyone to pause, listen, and celebrate our good fortune together.”
