We broke-up!

What do I do now my life is over?

If your at this point, and your lost as to why this happened truth is you knew it was coming and did nothing about it.

It takes a lot of heartache to reach this point.

Chances are many of these things or all were happening.

* Avoiding problems
* Not Listening
* Not making time
* Coasting
* Resentment
* Lack of trust
* Fear

You end up feeling lost, lonely in their presence, and longing for a better life.

When one partner finally says it's over they have built a huge case at this point in order to make it "easier" but its never easy..

Truth is you both feel attacked and deeply hurt.

So who's fault is it!
Both!

Relationships are 50/50

More to the point you both lost sight of who YOU are as a person, your identity in the relationship.

This is called co-dependency when you both start to control the other in different ways.

Where you feel they are controlling you, you are allowing it and vice versa.

This happens in areas of our lives that we feel out of control so we allow the control.

It's only a matter of time before we can't maintain this charade. Neither partner is allowing the other to be their true self.

You fell in love with the real them.

So how did you let this happen?

Reach out today for a free consultation to find out how and discover what you can do to prevent this from happening.

No matter who your with history will repeat itself until YOU stop the unwanted pattern.

It will amaze you how quickly this can be cleaned up and straitened out if you choose to.

The freedom we're looking for is personal and internal.

Shame on me! ..and shame on you!

What is one of the worst ways we can harm ourselves or others?

Shame!

A deep emotional state that we deem as failure that goes against our values, morals or humanity itself.

We have a natural instinct that we all follow an internal source of knowing when something we've done is really not right.

However, we have our reasons for doing everything we do even though it may appear shameful or not the prefered action.

It's not to justify ourselves or others it's to learn from and understand our why.

When we take the time to sort out why we did it and talk about it the problem will inevitably unravel for ourselves and we can resolve it within us.

There is no issue to big or small that can't be understood.

If we hold onto that shame and torture ourselves with it we ultimately condemn ourselves as a villian in our own lives.

It's not a life I wish on anyone,

This pain hurts us literally to our core if not resolved!

We can reach forgiveness!
