One‑component, silane‑modified polymer adhesive (sometimes called a “moisture‑curing silane adhesive”).

Water‑free, solvent‑free, and no isocyanates.

Zero or very low VOC (volatile organic compounds). GREENGUARD (and GREENGUARD Gold in some cases) indoor air quality certified.

Open Time ~ 60 minutes at 70°F (≈ 21°C) / 50% RH. Older formula was ~40 minutes; newer extended open‑time version increased this.

Cure / readiness for use Light foot traffic in ~ 8‑10 hrs; fixtures/furniture ~12‑24 hrs; full cure or sanding after about 24 hrs.

Green Grab-Excellent. Floors “stay in place” when boards are laid.
Final Shear Strength- Around 340 psi in lap shear test (1 mm gap) once fully cured.

Elongation / Flexibility- 180‑220% (varies) so it can accommodate wood movement with humidity/temperature.

Moisture V***r Protection- Up to about 18 lbs / 95% relative humidity (RH) or similar moisture levels when used with the proper trowel notch (Moisture Barrier Plus or MBP) and full adhesive transfer. Typical use gives stability up to ~ 15–18 lbs or ~ 85‑95% RH depending on application.

Substrates & Conditions Suitable for concrete, plywood, OSB, stone, ceramic, terrazzo; works on, above, or below grade; compatible with radiant heating. Substrate must be clean, dry, structurally sound.
