I am so incredibly grateful to for coordinating this trip and to the team at for having myself and in their beautiful space to eat and learn.

Never in a million years did I dream that my 15 years in the hospitality industry and my 11 years of wild food and medicine study would marry in such an incredible and fulfilling way.

Being able to work for one of Canada's award winning chefs and being trained at one of the best restaurants in Canada is such a dream come true.

I am excited for what this path will lead to and to be a part of an incredible team who is showcasing wild food and indigenous culture.
