Even in a wild land of pirates and lost boys, the comfort of home is never entirely forgotten. Today, we are introducing the storyteller and heart of the underground home: Wendy Moira Angela Darling.
For this piece, the goal was to lean into Wendy's maternal and gentle role. I used markers to blend deep, atmospheric shadows in the background, contrasting them with an intense, blazing firelight glowing from below. This warm amber illumination completely washes over her classic white Victorian nightgown and catches the soft details of her hair, creating a beautiful chiaroscuro effect. Her serene, focused expression as she works by the hearth perfectly anchors the cozy side of Neverland.

I pushed intense cinematic lighting, heavy texturing on his fur, and visceral, paint-splattered battle damage to capture that raw Image Comics energy. It hits a rapid-fire live auction the second our slot wraps up before the entire chat raids into the next artist!
