Meet our amazing preteen/teen yoga class! In this photo, everyone is in pigeon pose—a powerful stretch that opens our hips and calms our minds. Each week, these incredible young people explore strength, balance, and self-awareness—growing not just in their practice, but in confidence and friendship. We’re so proud of this group and their dedication!
