Well that's a first. Sticky note made it's way on to the paper, into the printer, and actually printed without jamming. We're still prepping LSO materials and indices for upcoming exams. We print year round for summer, fall, and winter sittings. [email protected]

What is the route for appeals in criminal law? What are your application timeliness in a civil dispute? What is the % of tax on a land transfer on the first $55,000?

All this can be quickly found in UofT charts. We have sets for barrister and solicitor, nicely paginated, and bound. Grab a set today. $13.55 for barrister, $17.74 for solicitor, tax inc. $31.29 for both, tax inc.

UOFT Index UPDATE: REAL ESTATE So it looks like this has not changed from May 15th. The version we edited and produced does not have this yellow highlighting in it, we removed it as it was distracting and seemingly meaningless. You'll notice it is currently as of May 28th in yellow on the Google drive file. Apparently the blue columns meant they had completed that section (based on the document comments). So that worried me, did the highlighting mean it wasn't completed? I went and checked randomly the yellow highlighting today. The pages seems to match the material so it should be fine. Again I can't in this short time check every entry but from a general check of 10 different entries in those pages they checked out ok.

UofT index update, PUBLIC LAW & PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Although these are showing updates on the 26th at 11:46pm I can't find any. The dates we're already corrected earlier for the headers and table of contents page titles. Random checks of the indices themselves compared to the versions prior to May 26th seem to be the same and also the entries match the materials properly. I couldn't possibly have checked all, but I went through side by side comparing and they seem the same. I have no idea what they changed as they haven't yet even fixed in PR the header for "C" to be a "C", it still says "I" in the Google Drive version today; which in the versions we printed prior we fixed. So if you got them from us they're labeled properly.

Update UofT index. CIVIL LAW. The May 26th version was updated to correct the date 2025 to 2026 and the whole of letters "D" and "E" from what we can tell. Everything thing else from the previous version they released prior to May 26th 11:46pm, seem to be the same from a look at them. UofT does not make notes on what they changed so it's a hunt and find mission. This is what we've found so far. So you'd have to make notes of this in your indices. It seems to be a difference of two pages, so add 2 pages to the entries in "D & E". All the other letters seem to match from what we've been able to go through.

UofT update: It looks like UofT on May 26th at 11:41pm, so almost the 27th, updated four sections. We believe this is to change the covers with the table of contents, as well as all the page headers to say the correct dates from 2025 to 2026, and chapter page numbers. We went through on week two of their release specifically the 16th, and corrected all these ourselves, except the page headers we didn't realize those were also wrong. So if your covers and headers say 2025 it's because UofT had them wrong originally, and we didn't catch when we fixed all the other issues we fixed, including the wrong letter headers, erroneous highlighting, no pagination for proper tabbing, comments left on that would print but not show in a print preview, which in many cases still persist in the Google drive files today.

I'm going through, comparing the two, the index updates from the 26th and the ones anyone who ordered before today would have gotten to see what other differences there may be.

People are already asking if we'll still be printing for the November sitting. Yes! You can send your stuff now or later for the November sitting. We will be closed Aug 22 and re-open Monday Aug 31. No emails will be answered at that time, and no orders processed. We'll be up north, in the woods, no reception.
