We warmly invite you to join us for our upcoming Womens and Mens Sweat Lodge ceremonies at SOAHAC Windsor’s outdoor healing space. Whether this is your first sweat or you’ve attended many, all are welcome to come with an open heart and good intentions.

These ceremonies offer a space to reconnect with ourselves, our teachings, and one another through prayer, healing and community.
