☀️ Summer Drop-In Classes at Align BodyMind Studio ☀️
Move with the rhythm of summer. Classes run through to August 18!
Whether you're looking to stretch, breathe, build strength, or simply take an hour to reconnect with yourself, you're welcome to join us for our summer drop-in classes. Come when you can. No long-term commitment, just movement that supports your body and mind.
🌿 Gentle Yoga: Wednesdays at 10 am.
Perfect for all levels. Improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and relaxation.
🌿 Ahtletic Yoga Flow: Mondays at 7:45 pm.
A flowing practice that builds strength, stability, and ease while connecting movement with breath.
🌿 Core Pilates: Tuesdays at 5:45 pm.
Strengthen your core, improve posture, and develop functional movement for everyday life.
Drop in for a class or make it part of your weekly self-care. Everyone is welcome, whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years.

Happy Mother’s Day to the mothers who carry it all ~ planners, supporters, the nurturers, the encouragers, and everything in between.
Today is also a reminder that showing up for yourself matters too. Taking time to rest, recharge, and care for your own well-being is not selfish ~ it’s supportive, necessary, and deserving.
We also hold space today for those missing their moms, grieving loss, or longing to become a mother. Sending love and light.
