✨Navigating motherhood whether a new mom or a veteran can be challenging at times and often lead you on a roller coaster of cozy cuddles to emotional and physical challenges. This is why postpartum affirmations could be a great way to help you cope with those negative feelings that creep up. Positive affirmations are short and powerful phrases that are oftentimes repeated to oneself to encourage a positive mindset. They help us to shift our focus from negative to positive.

🌿When it comes to welcoming your baby into the world, you should feel in awe of your body and what it has accomplished. No matter how you delivered — in your bathtub at home, unmedicated, medicated(epidural), or a schedule c-section all forms of birth are natural.
Remember to be kind to one another, everyone’s birthing experiences are different and women shouldn’t be ashamed to share how they birthed their baby.
