As the days tick down to 2023, a chance to look back at 2022. It has been an incredible year.

I turned 60 but I feel like I’m still 30.

We both had Covid, a few more aches and pains, but we are remarkably healthy and energetic.

We visited the Dominican Republic, Sint Maarten and, of course, our mind blowing trip to Paris.

We head back to the DR late January to celebrate Chloe’s 19th birthday.

We did an annual visit to New Brunswick and this time we bought our dream home.

I continued to work at Zoomer and New Classical FM in a job that brings me so much joy.

Cyn will wrap up her 20 plus year career at the Bay this spring.

But it wasn’t all perfect. We lost Cyn’s mom Sharon this summer and other friends and colleagues passed along the way. You are all missed.

As 2022 comes to a close, we embrace what 2023 brings us. We move in March and start a new adventure and new life as New Brunswickers.

We are Grandparents to Finnegan, Dad (and step-mom) to William and Carter and have the best dog, Charlie, and a group of tremendous friends we adore.

All this time, my wife has been by my side, my partner in crime, and I’m forever grateful for that.

So here’s to 2023 and whatever challenges it brings us.
