Ontarians Encouraged to Prepare for Mid-Winter Thaw With warmer than normal temperatures being experienced across parts of Ontario, Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) is sharing tips to help Ontarians mitigate risk of damage to their property due to a winter thaw.
