Happy Holidays to our amazing customers and furry friends! 🎄We aim to provide you with a smooth and stress-free holiday when it comes to your doggy’s grooming needs. In order for us to make sure this is done in the best way possible listed are a few reminders.

🐶We ask that you take your pup for a quick walk before his/her appointment to do some business. The grassy area behind the building in the parking lot is also available. If your pup leaves us a gift in our yard please use the bags provided, they are attached right above the trash can.

🐶We like to ask for at least 1 1/2 hours for bath only dogs ( ex. French bull dogs )
2 - 3 hours for most dogs getting a full groom.
We make every effort to give you an estimated time for grooming. During the busy holidays unforeseen events can disrupt that timing and we will try to give you as much notice as possible. Be at ease, stay at home and enjoy those Christmas treats while your doggy pals are with us. They are in the best care! We are happy to answer any questions through the day although, please be advised that our phone line will be busy with customers booking appointments. Any questions or concerns can be happily answered at time of drop off.
*Dogs that are overstimulated and/or anxious may be asked to be picked up immediately after their groom

FULL GROOM:
-bath
-blow dry
-full body brush
-nail trim
*nail grinding and teeth brushing include additional fees
-hair cut over face, head & ears, body, legs, feet, tail
( If you are satisfied with your dog's hair current length but only want 1 “ or less off we do have ‘clip combs’ available to maintain a longer look )
-trim privates

BATH & TIDY:
-bath
-blow dry
-full body brush
-nail trim
*nail grinding and teeth brushing include additional fees
-cutting hair in between & over eyes, feet, hair in between pads of feet
-trim privates

We will unfortunately not have & be limited to available times for WALK-IN eye and nail trims. Due to the increased number of appointments, extended hours, and sanitizing procedures we are limited for availability.

🐶We appreciate the cooperation in regards to payments processed through online transfers.
As a friendly reminder please make sure your e-transfer is sent BEFORE pick up. We will confirm grooming fee at the time we call to notify your pup is ready to come home.

*Please notify us if you are not able to send an online transfer. We do have a debit/credit machine mobile to bring up to the parking lot. The device will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
