🏡 APRIL STATS! 🏡

Durham Region recorded 686 home sales in the month of April, up 15.1% from 596 in March. The average selling price in Durham increased slightly to $845,361, up 0.9% month-over-month from $838,190. New listings rose 22.1% to 1,920, with homes spending an average of 24 days on the market.

Northumberland County recorded 103 sales in April, slightly up from 102 in March. The average price increased 6.5%, from $670,503 to $714,267. New listings saw a slight decline of 1.2% to 324, with homes spending an average of 56 days on the market.

Peterborough County saw 168 sales in April, up 41.2% from 119 in March. The average home price increased 7.9%, from $597,912 to $644,923. New listings rose 33.5%, with homes spending an average of 37 days on the market.
