Warm up your wrists!! Before training handstand exercises
The first milestone on my journey is to pull off 3 non assisted hand stand pushups. My consistency always waivers when I'm getting closest so I'm trying to hit this goal by the end of the summer.
This exercise will prep you to press nearly you entire bodyweight. It will truly test your strength balance and stability.
