🌈What are chakras? 🌈

Chakras are powerful energy points along our bodies.
There are 7 main Chakras.

Chakra means spinning wheel of energy or energy center in Sanskrit. Each of these centers are associated with specific organs, endocrines, issues, emotions, colors and elements. Balancing these centers can have a physical, emotional and spiritual effect on an individual.

It is not only important that each individual chakra be balanced, but that they also be balanced in relationship to each other.

The lower three chakras are considered masculine in nature and call us to action. They help to ground us and are usually concerned with the material world.

The higher three chakras are feminine in nature and are associated with self-reflection and the spiritual aspects of life.

The heart chakra is balanced in masculine and feminine energy and can help to balance other chakras.

When Chakras are balanced, they allow our bodies to run at optimal levels and bring peace to our lives.

When completed, I will be connected to Holy Fire energy and my lineage will be quite close to Dr. Mikao Usui - the creator of the Reiki system of healing.

Did you know you can customize the energy of your crystals with sunlight?

Charging crystals with sunlight brings in personal power, good luck and vitality.

You can charge your crystals under certain holidays as they correspond with the wheel of the year.

The sunlight of Ostara will bring about energy relating to new life, beginnings, joy, fertility and growth.

The sunlight of Litha will bring about energy relating to happiness, joy, personal power, abundance and celebration.

The sunlight of Mabon will bring about energy relating to gratitude, intuition, prosperity and protection.

You can leave your crystals outside in the sun or on a windowsill for 2-3 hours.

(Please be careful with semi transparent stones as they can fade in the sunlight. Anything in a sphere shape can also cause a fire with how they direct the sunlight, so please do your research on your crystals and use common sense)
