Anyone who says mushrooms don’t offer much nutritional value, just doesn’t know anything about mushrooms!
They are a powerhouse of nutrients and have amazing antioxidant properties (especially the Japanese varieties!). They’re an excellent source of vitamin D, B vitamins and fibre, amongst many other important things.
Their meaty texture offers a great vegetarian option and they can standalone or be added to pretty much any dish. I’ll be making crab stuffed mushrooms this weekend!

Who loves strawberries? 🍓 🙋♀️
