Stress. It’s the idea that the less control you have over your circumstances, the more agitated you become.

Though not all stress is bad, if you do not have an escape, stress can become chronic and those stress hormones become toxic. In the world we live in, stress really is impossible to avoid. But we often underestimate the value of having somewhere to go where we can, if even for a moment, that allows our nervous system a reset.

That’s why I love what I do. I want to help you get started to have a home that takes away your stress, not add to it.

So, where in your home can you relax? Or even better, what in your home is holding you back from having that?

Have you ever heard the saying, “More money more problems”, well the same goes for clutter; More stuff more stress. Let me help you simplify your living space.

For those who are ready to tackle a project this weekend, I wanted to pass along my easy decluttering system.

It all begins with four simple bins;
-Donate
-Sell
-Keep
-Trash

Remember if you want to be productive in a short span of time, make your setup accessible and easy to follow.

Annnnnd, although some of those decisions between which bin they go in might not be as simple, having those bins at least allows you to make decisions and move forward.

Next step, take the “donate” bin to the donation centre right away! Don’t leave it hanging around. After all, second-guessing never get anyone anywhere 😜

AND

Give yourself the two week rule when it comes to selling items. If they don’t sell within two weeks you can either; lower the price and give it one more week OR realize its had its moments and it’s time to donate.

Send me some pictures of your projects. I love supporting you on your decluttering journey even if I’m booked. I will always support from afar. 😘

As life changes and evolves, sometimes your spaces have to follow.

Often times when I go to a clients house, my first questions are, “what’s behind that door?” Or “what’s that closet currently being used for?”

I’ve mentioned before about checking in with your storage and asking yourself if it’s really making the most use of the space.

This was a clients house that used this area for one thing but as they became parents, this area needed a shift to better accommodate their everyday needs.

One of the best parts of having me come to your home is to not only organize your spaces but to also see them from a completely different perspective.

Are you stuck? Let me help free you from the clutter, headache and frustration. Trust me, I LOVE it!! 🤓
